Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

No person, other than a narcotics handler, is allowed to provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs to any third person;

A. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that he/she became aware of the foregoing D Internet broadcast (e.g., 35 years old); and (b) provided a local mental medicine by sending 20 eggs of “stroke m” in his/her custody, which he/she had been prescribed due to a WIG disorder, to E using the post office’s home page.

B. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant supplied E, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) with the reason and method, such as the foregoing paragraph (a), a regional mental medicine “strokely” 27 notice via the post office’s workplace.
