Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Net Branch on March 25, 2013. On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the same court on January 29, 2016, and on November 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of a suspended sentence for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's Voluntary Branch on November 1, 2016.

9. The ruling becomes final and conclusive and is currently in suspension of execution.

On January 19, 2017, the Defendant started his house with alcohol content of 0.113% while under the influence of around 11:23 on January 19, 2017, and driven approximately 500 meters of the bareboat cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant due to Egallon, Egypted to D until D, with alcohol content of 0.113%.

On August 3, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 812, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on around 16:15, on August 3, 2017, driven a Class-II truck from the Defendant’s house located in the Hadong-gun, Hadong-gun, to the intersection along the gallon’s new mallon, via the Hadong Police Hospital.
