A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months in the Busan District Court for special robbery, etc., and the said judgment was finalized on February 27, 2013.
After being detained in Busan High School on May 10, 2012, the Defendant continued to bullyings, such as assaulting the students of the same kind, reciting the members of the same group, compelling the members of the same group to punish the same kind of money, and compelling them to punish the same kind of money.
1. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim to commit an act that is not obligated to do so.
2.
