Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with C Ah-Wurttt.
On March 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol level of 0.094% 0.094% around 19:20 on March 17, 2019, and led the vehicle to proceed to the F apartment from the right side of the West-gu at the port of the border.
At this point, there was an intersection where the signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle with the surroundings.
