Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendants are those who violate the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.

2. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased a passenger car as stated in the preceding paragraph on December 2, 2012 at KRW 2.8 million and did not apply for the registration of transfer without justifiable grounds.
