A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not arrange, purchase, or administer Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine.

1. At around 16:00 on December 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 50,000 won in cash from the subway station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for purchasing KRW 1,50,000 in the amount of 5,000,000 in the amount of 1,50,000,000 in the face-to-face supply book; and (b) purchased the said phiphone from E in the amount of 1,50,000,000 in the above cash; (c) purchased the phiphone, and (d) arranged to trade phiphones by receiving the phiphone-to-face program (the 2 partitions for one-day, 000,000).

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. From H station toilets located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 20, 2017, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won in cash for 20,000 square meters of philopon program (the one-time injection machine 2 partitions, 0.2g presumption) from E in H station toilets located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On November 17, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant transferred KRW 100,000 in cash to the financial account of the National Bank of Korea, which was located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, to the account of the National Bank of Korea, and purchased from the said K a phiphone program (the 2 column of the one-time injection, the 0.2g presumption) from the said K.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 16:00 on December 20, 2016, the Defendant, within subway stations located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, injected one square meter (0.1g presumption) out of the philogram grams received from E in return for arranging the purchase and sale of philophones, as set forth in paragraph 1, in the subway stations located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, containing the 1 square meter (2 square meters for one-time injection, 0.2g presumption) in a single-use injection machine, and injected it into its left-hand wing box.

B. On December 21, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant, within H basin toilets located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, added the volume of 1 partitions (0.1g presumption) for the remaining philophones into a single-use divers, and injected them into his left-hand packer.
