A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by obstructing business operations at the District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 7, 2016.

1. Obstruction of business;

On May 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim G’s “H” restaurant operated by the Government of the Gyeonggi-do 19:30 on May 8, 2016; and (b) expressed the victim’s desire to read other customers while drinking alcohol, thereby preventing the victim from entering the restaurant, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant damaged property by breaking the victim D’s toy 54,000, the market value of which is the victim D, which is displayed in front of the calculation unit at the time and place of paragraph 1(a).

3. The Defendant: (a) entered the time and place of No. 1-B; and (b) entered the victim G as a guest; and (b) ordered the victim G to drink 2 by means of multiplying the lawsuit, and one week by the lawsuit.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price because he did not have any money at the time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was provided with food amounting to KRW 33,00 in total from the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
