Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant agreed to pay interest of KRW 694,502, an annual interest rate of KRW 14.9% from the victim KB Capital Co., Ltd. for the purpose of purchasing heavy vehicles in the 9th floor office of the Incheon Southern-gu B building, Incheon, to pay for 48 months on the 15th day of each month, and set up a collateral security of KRW 12,50,000 on the CN Si vehicles owned by the Defendant.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from July 15, 2016, did not pay the principal and interest and caused the impossibility of delivery on October 27, 2016, thereby concealing the said vehicle which became the object of the right to collateral security, thereby hindering the victim’s exercise of the right to collateral security.
