Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the neighbor of Pyeongtaek-si B Studio 204, and the victim C (31) is the neighbor of Pyeongtaek-si B Studio building 304.

On February 9, 2016, at around 19:50, the Defendant told the victim of the kitchen 204, who had the upper floor of Pyeongtaek-si B 204, with a view to generating noise between floors, the Defendant saw that the victim, who had resided in the Defendant’s house located in Pyeongtaek-si B 204, did not suffer noise between floors, and the kitchen knife (25cm in total length, 15cm in length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, her hand, and her knife at the Defendant’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
