Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C
A. On January 12, 2013, at the front of the CB High School located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City CA, the Defendant was arrested from the sloping CD belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station, and Posman on the ground of the unpaid fine, and the Defendant assaulted the chest and CE on several occasions by hand.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officer's assistance in the execution of punishment and the maintenance of public peace and order.
B. The Defendant injured by negligence, at the same time and at the same place, was arrested as a flagrant offender under the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties as above, and was boarding the back seat of CF AF Wnb, and the said slope CD was waiting for the patrol vehicle to get on the driver seat and hand over the Defendant to the police box. Thus, if the Defendant attempted to carry the said slope CD on the sloping seat or to go on the front door of the steering gear, the Defendant was obliged not to interfere with the police officer’s driving act in response to the arrest of the flagrant offender.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to arrest a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstructing the Defendant’s arrest, and caused the victim CE and the victim’s security guards who were arrested after the patrol to go out of the patrol line, and attempted to go out of the patrol line, etc., with the Defendant’s own slope CD as well as to go out of the patrol line. As above, the Defendant breached the duty of care, and caused the victim CE and the victim’s security guards who were arrested after the patrol to go out of the patrol line, to shock the bridge of the victim’s security guards and the victim’s security guards who were arrested after the patrol, and thereby, caused the victim CE to take care of approximately two weeks in the back of the patrol line, and the victim CG to go out the left side of the necessary treatment for about two weeks.
