Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to possess a hunting gun, gas guns, air gun, anesthesia, slaughter gun, industrial gun, rescue and life saving gun among guns, or parts thereof, shall obtain permission from the chief of a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.

Nevertheless, at around January 2, 2019, the Defendant kept Cratum Dratum (Manufacture number : E) of Cratum, the permission of possession of guns was revoked due to the report of loss from the warehouse in the house B located in the window B of Changwon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed air gun without permission from the chief of the police station having jurisdiction over his domicile.
