A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) lent money to the victim E in the “D” store in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) on the security of the mother’s “F apartment (Seoul, G, 2, H apartment, 117, 203, and 203)”; (c) on the deposit of money; (d) on the deposit of money; and (e) on the deposit of money to repay the said apartment by April 5, 2016.
