Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 31, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud, etc. and two years of suspended sentence on April 8, 2009 at the Chuncheon District Court, but the judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2009, but the suspended sentence was revoked on April 27, 2010, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 23, 2010.
1. The Defendant received money from the “F” page of the Internet portal site to sell used goods and received money from the Defendant to raise entertainment expenses by not sending them. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant received 770,000 won in cash from the victim G to his agricultural bank account (H) by making a false statement that the Defendant would deliver the said victim’s phone to receive KRW 770,000 in cash immediately from the victim and received KRW 770,000 in cash from the victim as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 28,00 in total by posting, posting, or posting the posted writing on the said car page over 28 occasions by telephoneing the said victim’s trade name.
2. On May 7, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that the victim I would purchase 100,000 won card on the Internet NAVF bulletin board, and sent the victim’s message to the effect that “I would add fin number to 2.50,000 won if I remitted money to 2.50,000 won.”
