Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around November 13:50 of 2016, the Defendant operated a driver's car to B Hegel who did not buy mandatory insurance at the third floor parking lot of department stores around 924, as in the Seocho-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2016.

The sentence of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the Provisional Payment Order provided that the Defendant not only operated a vehicle without mandatory insurance but also did not subscribe to mandatory insurance until now since the enforcement of the control, and the Defendant recognized the crime, considering all favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the Defendant was actually driving with a license at the time of the instant crime, and the fact that the Defendant appears to have not caused any accident or other damage due to the operation of a vehicle under the status of entering into an insurance policy, and determined the sentence as ordered by the order.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the Defendant, at around 13:50 on November 13, 2016, driven a driver’s car at approximately 50 meters from the 3rd floor parking lot of the department store store store around 924, as he/she did not obtain a driver’s license, at around 13:50 on November 13, 2016.

In order to establish a driving without a license in violation of Article 152 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act, the place where a person drives a motor vehicle, etc. without a driver's license may pass through a road under Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act, namely, a road under the Act on the Road, a road under the Toll Road Act, an agricultural and fishing village road under the Act on the Traffic of Agricultural and Fishing Villages," and a road under Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act.
