A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1.8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded and administered the Mept Aptopy (one philophone, hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant collected 400,000 won for the purpose of purchasing phiphones with E, and thereafter transferred KRW 800,000 to the account in the name of G used by F, a seller of phiphones, around the same day, around 23:13, and approximately 30 minutes thereafter, he received two phiphones (total 1.4gg of phiphones) from F, which had a phiphones acquired from F in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and immediately thereafter, the Defendant received one phiphones from E in the name of A4 of the Defendant parked in the vicinity.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to purchase philophones.

B. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant collected one million won (Defendant 80,000 won, E 200,000 won) for the purpose of purchasing phiphones together with E, and thereafter, at around 13:50 on the same day, E 100,000 won in cash to F in the vicinity of the above H and at around 13:50 on the same day, 1.0,000 won in cash and approximately 1.4g of philophones (1.3g of philophones) and half of philophones in which philophones are less than half of philophones. The Defendant received two philophones in the nearest Defendant’s son A4 vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to purchase philophones.

2. After the Defendant was parked in the vicinity of the H at the same day as paragraph 1(b), the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that dypon dypopon dypine 0.1 gram, dypopon dypopon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon dypon

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to administer philophones.
