A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and four months for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in this court. The said judgment became final and conclusive, and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Port Prison on January 25, 2016.
