1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from July 5, 2008 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part claiming the payment of damages for delay exceeding 19% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate after October 1, 2015, among the Plaintiff’s claims, is dismissed.
