Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2018, around 09:35, the Defendant driven the 20th Doha-gu, Busan, a cargo vehicle of approximately one kilometer from the front of the Daha-dong to the two transmission tunnels located in the same Gu to the two transmission tunnels, without a driver’s license.
