Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 14:00 on July 1, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a vehicle from Jwa-dong 207-2 from Jwa-dong 207-2 to Jwa-si 540 to the front day of the same 500-meter radius without a driver’s license.
