Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C A. A. A. A. a person involved in marina business is a person who aids and abets the entire crime of taking money and goods into consideration under the method of a “booming” under the pretext of receiving money by threatening to the effect that “I would report to 112 if I would not do so,” and Defendant A is an intermediary for soliciting money by receiving the said disability as a customer of marina business under C’s direction, and Defendant B is an intermediary for soliciting money by receiving money from a customer of marina business, and Defendant B is an intermediary for receiving money from a customer of marina business according to C’s instruction.
C Under the current Medical Service Act, a Madow who works at a marina business establishment under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities is a person recognized as a Mayor/Do Governor from among the visually impaired persons under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities. However, each victim D (E, South Korea, 58 years old) and victim E (E, South and 59 years old) have employed foreigners, etc. as a Madow and threatened them to use a Madow for illegal operation, and have the victims receive part of the Madow business establishment operated by the victims, and the Defendant A received money from the victims. 1. Defendant A
A. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on August 18, 2019, was in charge of “G marina area” operated by the victim D on the Songpa-gu Seoul F and the first underground floor. After receiving a marina site from the above C’s teacher, the Defendant was in charge of the manager of the said marina site, who received the marina site and received it.
