A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 30, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law at the Jung-gu District Court on July 30, 2015; on April 20, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law; on February 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law; and on February 10, 2017, the said judgment became final and conclusive and conclusive.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) did not receive wages even after working at the construction site ordered by the Pyeongtaek-gun Office; (b) did not receive wages from the office of Eunpyeong-gun; and (c) did not receive wages from the office of Eunpyeong-gun; (d) after drinking alcohol at his own house located in Pyeongtaek-gun B, the Defendant purchased two boxes (17 liter 1,2 1 liters) and but fluor gas from the steel store located in Pyeongtaek-gun D (17 liters); and (e) sold gas to the office of Pyeongtaek-gun for fire prevention.

On September 12, 2018, at around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) 181 at the office of the public service center of Pyeongtaek-gun, Pyeongtaek-gun, P, G, H, and I, took about about 15 liters in the floor of the civil petition room, as above, and (b) laid down 15 literss to the bomer connected to the butane gas by attaching a fire to the bomer; (c) 5 chairss owned by the public service center of Bupyeong-gu, Pyeongtaek-gu, Seoul; and (d) 405 square meters in size, the floor area of the 1st floor of the public service center of the 1st floor of Pyeongtaek-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul; and (d) 5 chairss of civil petitions owned by the above public service center; (e) one shock shock field; and (e) two b) the office fixtures of the public service center of the civil service center ofcheon-gun, including the two luxed air container.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the building of Pyeongtaek-gu Office, which is a building in which people exist, by setting fire to and from a size equivalent to KRW 28,825,00,00.

2. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving without a license) in the section of approximately 8 km from the path in front of his/her residence in Pyeongtaek-gun B to the seat 181 Simm-ro, Pyeongtaek-gun, Pyeong-gun.
