A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Around January 25, 2019, the Defendant stated that “Around January 25, 2019, the Defendant would pay 7% per annum of principal and investment income until February 28, 2021 when investing money to a foreign corporate fund.”

However, in fact, the defendant was thought to use the money received from the victim for personal debt repayment, living expenses, etc., and did not have the intent or ability to make profits by investing the money in foreign corporate fund.

On January 25, 2019, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 20 million from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant E Association.

The Defendant, on December 2018, 2018, guaranteed the profits of 7% of the principal after two years if he/she invests in the fund through B, in the car page where the name of the Eup in the Busan District of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization of the Organization is unknown.
