Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around 10:00 on December 4, 2013, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft by driving a d 1 ton of freight vehicle, which was parked on the front side of the “Wolsan Black C Salt Health Center”, with a vehicle height displayed at the front side of the “Wolsan C Co., Ltd. Health Center” located in Egyldong-dong 511-48, 2013.
2. Intimidation the victim E, who had been living in the village with about ten (10) years prior to the 3th mental disorder, was suffering from the infringement of the right to report. At around 17:15 on December 4, 2013, the Defendant sought to look at the victim’s house located in the Yong-Namnam Aamba F and sought to comply with the reasons for the victim’s mental disorder, but the Defendant attempted to go back without talking about the victim. However, the Defendant decided that “I want to go back, if I want to go back, I want to go back, I want to go back,” and that “I see where I want to go back.”
3. On December 21, 2013, at around 21:15, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.056% without a vehicle driver’s license, the Defendant driven D 1 ton, fixed-line freight vehicles from the front side of the 'welish sand company located at the front side of the 'Yari-ri, Sari-ri-ri, Sari-ri-ri, Sari-gun, Young-gun, Yari-gun to the front side of the 'Yari-ri-ri, Sari-ri-ri, Sari-gun, Sari-gun.
