Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 1006]
1. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant acquired a copy of credit card of a new bank owned by the victim E, where the victim E lost at the front path located in C at the time of remaining women, around 03:00.
Defendant 1 did not follow necessary procedures, such as submitting the above-mentioned goods to the police station, and embezzled his own idea.
2. Larceny;
A. From April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the Victim F, on April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened a steering line of a H restaurant located in G at the time of the south of F, and stolen with the card terminal, cap, etc. equivalent to KRW 570,000 in the market value owned by the victim.

The Defendant, who was parked in the time and place set forth in the above paragraph, was stolen with a cash of KRW 70,000, which is owned by the victim, after opening a steering door for Qstya car owned by the victim P.
E. On May 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door for a passenger vehicle owned by the victim R owned by the victim R and entered a passenger bus terminal parking lot located in the Si bus terminal located in the Si Do-dong, from around 18:00 to around 18:00 on May 31, 2016; (b) cash owned by the victim, which is KRW 30,000; and (c) debit card of the national bank.
