Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On April 1, 1976, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court; on November 21, 1977, the Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery at the Busan District Court; on February 9, 1982, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny; on November 16, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court for larceny; on May 31, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court for larceny, etc.; and on August 4, 2018, the Seoul Northern District Court completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On December 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:46, at a D store operated by the victim C in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 17, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property on seven occasions from around that time to December 24, 2018, by taking away the crepit of the victim’s attention, which was in a cooling air conditioning, and then cutting down the crepit of the victim’s attention.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor for larceny and again commits larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.

2. On December 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:20, around December 21, 2018, entered the entrance door to the “G building” operated by the Victim F in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) invaded upon the residence of residents therein.

3.
