Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2014, between 00:10 and 00:35 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant used the victim’s face on the hand floor for the reason that the victim was solicited to return home on the 19th underground floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 19) to end his/her business, and used the victim’s face at one time, and attempted to see the two-way disease.
