A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the PP even if he was paid the price, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the PP.

Nevertheless, on March 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had access to the website of used goods and had access to the website of used goods; (b) had access to the victim via the Kakakao Stockholm; (c) had contacted the victim via the victim; and (d) had deceiving the victim to pay KRW 100,000 to the victim; and (c) had been remitted from the said victim as the price for the 24th of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On March 6, 2013, the Defendant, “2013 Highest 4480,” was transferred KRW 200,000 to the Defendant’s account (Korean bank E) from the victim D who visited the Defendant by accessing the Internet “China” camera at the Defendant’s residence and posted a letter to sell the electronic pre-sale.

However, the defendant did not have prior intention or ability to sell because he did not have prior intention.

As above, the Defendant, including deceiving the victims and receiving KRW 200,000,000, by deceiving the victims three times in total as indicated in the list of crimes as follows, and received a total of KRW 345,000.
