Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2016, at around 20:33, the Defendant driven approximately 700 meters of the franchising freight vehicle B, prior to the road in front of the Simndon Farming Cooperative in the Dongndong-dong, Young-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.156%.
