A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Bsch Rexroth, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On March 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle with alcohol content of 0.142% while under the influence of alcohol at around 20:00 and proceeded with a three-lane road, which is located in the 143-lane of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant proceeded with a three-lane road at the speed of about 30km from the border bank to the median distance.

At the time, the defendant was followed by the victim C(60 S) rocketing car driven by the victim C(60 S) in the same direction, and therefore, the defendant had a duty of care to properly operate the steering and steering gear and to safely proceed by controlling speed in advance to those engaged in driving service.

2. The defendant is driving in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) by driving a person who is driving in the beginning of the city at the time specified in paragraph (1).
