1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex sheet;
(b) As from July 13, 2014, KRW 2,400,00 and above.

Attached Form
Facts such as entry of the cause of claim do not clearly dispute the defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the building indicated in the attached list to the Plaintiff and return unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent calculated by the ratio of KRW 2.4 million and KRW 300,000 per month from July 13, 2014 to the above delivery.
As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking its implementation is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
