A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years and a fine of thirty million won.

Punishment of the crime

From August 2012 to June 4, 2012, the Defendant served as the president of the C Association and the president of the D Association (hereinafter “D”) from June 4, 2012 to June 28, 2014.

On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the Chairperson of the C Association Association to “Korea Egypt Nuclear Energy Headquarters (hereinafter “Korea Egyptive Nuclear Energy Headquarters”) of the C Association E, which had been in operation of 1 to 4 Hagwon in Busan District; and (b) 3 to 4 Magri-gun in Ulsan District; (c) was in operation of Magri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si; (d) the Defendant’s legal statement of the victim; (d) the Defendant appears to be the victim’s power plant to be supplied at the victim.

At around 17:40 on February 20, 2013, the Defendant displayed the documents stating the situation of the occurrence of scrap metal during the last five years prior to the scrap metal at H office located in Yangsan-si G, which read, “The 10 billion scrap metal has been generated a year from the scrap metal, which may be purchased at 1/3 of the prices, which may be purchased at the 10 billion scrap metal per annum. The negotiations have been completed almost, and the 10 billion scrap metal has been the 10 billion scrap metal from the victim.” However, the actual scrap metal was the 10 billion won scrap metal. This is the 10 billion won scrap metal.
