The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The sentence imposed by the lower court on the grounds of unreasonable sentencing (eight years of imprisonment, etc.) is too unreasonable.

B. It is unfair that the lower court ordered the Defendant to disclose personal information for a period of 10 years.

2. Determination

A. As to the assertion of unfair sentencing, it is recognized that there are favorable sentencing factors or objective and neutral sentencing factors such as: (a) the Defendant’s perception of each of the crimes in this case at hand and surrenders to the investigative agency immediately after each of the crimes in this case; (b) the Defendant and the victim voluntarily surrenders to the investigation agency for a considerable period prior to each of the crimes in this case; and (c) the Defendant and the victim were the persons hedginged with the victim for a considerable period of time prior to the instant case; (d) there were some circumstances to consider the Defendant’s refusal to do so; (b) the Defendant appears to be unlikely to leak or distribute in the future by eliminating the victim’s own cell phone from the cell phone or destroying the chip itself of digital camera, or by destroying the chip of digital camera.

However, each of the crimes of this case, which were acknowledged by legal principles including robbery and rape, evidence rules, and evidence, is a case where the victim, who had been killed at the time of the defendant, flaged with a deadly weapon by leading the victim into the defendant's house, has been raped by taking the victim's body, and has been stolen by force by force, and the crime liability is grave, and the victim's rape was taken by video, and the victim's body is taken by photographing the victim's body at other places before, and the victim's body is taken by photographing it, and the overall crime is very poor by using it as a means to prevent the victim from reporting the crime to the investigation agency.
