On May 23, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won or more for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in support of Sungnam-gu Friwon on May 23, 2015, and on June 30, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won or more for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in support of Sungnam-gu Friwon Griwon on June 30, 2008.
