Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the new livestock shed B in Seongbuk-gun, and the victim C is the victim D and the couple as the execution contractor.

On April 19, 2018, the Defendant, at the construction site of the Newly constructed stable, set up 10 persons, including E, at the construction site of the 18:00, and openly insulting the victim on the ground that the victim C did not control the site and got the knife at the knife center without managing the site, the Defendant told the victim “a knife, knife, not on the site management, and a flife not on the bit of bitch of a bitch.”

Around 17:00 on June 6, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the ground that the victim C installed three side members, including E, at the construction site of the Newly constructed stable and installed well-known partitions with three side members, including E, and paid personnel expenses.

4. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant insultingd the victim D openly by stating that “C is working in an I Hospital if C does not pay food, so C is in the position of the I Hospital, so it is deemed that C will have paid food to the I Hospital.”
