A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for habitual gambling at the Daegu District Court on June 14, 1996, and was ordered on May 1, 2007 to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the Cheongju District Court.

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 상습으로 C, D, E, F, G 등과 함께 2012. 5. 8. 23:50경부터 2012. 5. 9. 01:00경까지 경남 함안군 H에 있는 I 중턱 임시 천막에서, 화투 20매를 이용하여 딜러가 5장씩 4개조로 분배 한 후 5장의 화투 중에 3장을 합하여 10이나 20을 만든 후 바닥에 패를 내려놓고, 나머지 2장의 숫자를 합쳐 끝수가 높은 패를 가진 사람이 판돈을 가져가는 방법으로 1회 1인당 판돈 50,000원에서 100,000원씩을 걸고 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’ 도박을 하였다.
