Of the instant lawsuit, the lawsuit against Defendant B shall be dismissed.

The plaintiff's claim against the defendant C is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is a clan similar organization consisting of some of the descendants of DC No. 19 E, F, and 11 years old G (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant B’s similar species”).

Defendant C is a clan that is jointly created by DC No. 13 or H or I (hereinafter the above Defendant is referred to as “Defendant C’s clan”).

B. On April 12, 2015 and July 19, 2015, among the types of the defendant similar to the defendant, each extraordinary general meeting (hereinafter “each extraordinary general meeting of this case”) was held and resolved on the following agenda items:

1) Attached Form 1-A attached hereto, 2015, April 12, 2015.

On October 11, 2011, Defendant 13 filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation of ownership against Defendant 13-year-old clan in the name of “JJJJ” (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”, and when referring to the individual real estate, hereinafter “Kri” and hereinafter only referred to as “C”) of the instant case, and the name of Defendant 13 shall be restored to “CJ” and the articles of incorporation shall also be completely amended.

B) Of each of the instant real property as indicated in the Attachment No. 1-B(b), two lots (L and M) out of the instant real property as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1-C shall be sold and paid to Law Firm N, and it shall be used to pay for the amount of the lawsuit borne by O and P.

Paragraph 1 (P, R, S, T, U,V, W, X, and Y) among each of the instant real property, shall be donated to six members, including P.

2) Attached Form 2-A attached hereto, 2015, July 19, 2015.

The name of the clan of the case of paragraph (1) shall be changed from "CJ" to "B" according to the subparagraph of Z of 21 years of age.

B) The resolution of the board of directors on July 5, 2015 and July 13, 2015 on the agenda item of Section 2-b in attached Form 2-C shall be ratified. (c) Attached Form 2-C.

The decision of the Steering Committee on April 12, 2015 to donate land to AA's family members is withdrawn. D attached Form 2(d).

Part of the AE land shall be additionally donated to Sejong, AC, and AD, who is a person who has contributed to the agenda item.
