A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Criminal facts
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.) came to know of the child and juvenile F (the age of 14) while working as a driver at a ESA located in D on the spring 2010, and thereafter became aware of the child and juvenile G (the age of 15), and H (the age of 14) through the aforementioned F, and thereafter, the Defendant has paid the money by drinking alcohol, tobacco, etc. to them from that time.
On July 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided children and juveniles with 10,00 won and 10,000 won a single sexual intercourse within the J Cati Roster that was parked in I located in Yangju-si; (b) and (c) provided children and juveniles with sexual intercourses with F, H, and G over 11 occasions from around that time to July 7, 2013, the Defendant provided children and juveniles with sexual intercourses with F, H, and G and provided them with cash purchase.
2. On June 8, 2013, the Defendant embezzled a property that he/she acquired without following necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, even though he/she knew that he/she was not his/her own, even though he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was not his/her own, in a gallon of the Lcafeteria operated by the victim C, at Yangju-si, the Defendant embezzled a property that he/she had possession of the victim.
