A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On April 18, 2016, around 23:07, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle in the enclosed-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) in front of D restaurants adjacent to D, and discovered one signboard using a verification color equivalent to KRW 250,000 at the market price owned by the victim F in that place; and (b) loaded the vehicle and stolen it.

B. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:10 on April 18, 2016, driven a cargo vehicle in front of the Seojin-gu G St Studio, Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul, and discovered a chemical of the amount equivalent to KRW 30,00,000 in the market value of the victim H owned at that place, and stolen it by loading it on the cargo vehicle

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a cargo vehicle in front of the Hujin-gu I building at the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on April 18, 2016; (b) discovered a bicycle burial at the victim J-owned market value equivalent to KRW 10,000,00 in the bicycle storage facility in the building; and (c) intruded into the building with the intent to steal the bicycle; and (d) stolen it by carrying the bicycle onto the cargo vehicle and loading it onto the cargo vehicle.

B. On April 18, 2016, around 23:30 on April 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle in K in order to detect two plastic chairss equivalent to KRW 10,00 in the market price located in the said Schlage, to drink them, and cut them by inserting two plastic chairs, and carrying them onto the cargo vehicle, and loading them onto the cargo vehicle.
