1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Collecting a body of trees planted in the area of 1614m2 in Osan-si, Osan-si, and transferring the surrounding land;

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the area of 1614 square meters in Masan City, Busan Metropolitan City. Since March 2007, the Defendant occupied and used the said land by planting trees on the said land.

B. Unless there exist special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to collect trees planted on the said land, deliver the land, and pay unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 500,000 per month from January 1, 2016 to the completion of the delivery of the said land.
