Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and eight months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be forfeited from the defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] Upon receipt of a proposal from D around January 2012, Defendant B: (a) sent a call from the Republic of Korea to the effect that “to impair a loan; (b)” Defendant B received money from a person who respondeded to the call; (c) received money in the name of the commission; and (d) took part in the fraud of the “Singing” method; and (d) introduced E as the president on or around the 9th of the same month; and (c) Defendant A received the aforementioned proposal from Defendant B and D, one’s own birth, and participated in the crime of “Sing” on or around February 3, 2012; and (d) received the said proposal from Defendant B and D to the president on or around February 3, 2012.

As above, the Defendants introduced E as the president and played a role of telephoneing from F, G to F, and H, I, D, and J with the method of committing a crime. Even after that, the Defendants moved to E’s office, such as “family landscape”, “bringmer”, “dysium”, and “dysium,” and played a role of telephoneing to victims along with D, K, L, M, N,O, etc. Around September 2012, the Defendants took charge of phone calls from the office managed by Q, P, and Q, as three persons, etc.

【Criminal Facts】

around November 14, 2012, the Defendants sent to the “R” office in the form of the shipbuilding P and Q’s call center managed by China’s Cheongdo, and sent to the victim S who responded to the above P, etc., a phone call to the Internet text transmission site, and then sent to the victim S., a credit guarantee foundation (one credit guarantee foundation, Hyundai Capital, etc.).
