Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2019, from around 07:40 to around 08:15 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force for about 35 minutes, including, but not limited to, why: (a) the victim (a) was parked in E-si located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the reason that the victim was deprived of his distance prior to the departure; and (b) the victim’s lower demand did not mean “if she became aware of the departure, she would have taken a metres prior to the departure; and (c) the victim’s taxi business by force.”

2. In a situation where D’s 112 report on the act of disturbance as referred to in paragraph (1) was dispatched at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims by referring the victim F, who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Central Police Station, to “I see that I will be a police officer or a police officer, such as illness.” In a situation where the police officer G, who belongs to the Seoul Central Police Station, has a large number of D and multiple behaviors, “I am the same boms, bits, bits, bits, bits,” and publicly insulting the victims under the circumstances where I and a large number of behaviors exist.
