Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an “E cafeteria” jointly with wife C by using five full-time workers in Busan East-gu D.

1. An employer who violates the Minimum Wage Act shall pay workers wages exceeding the minimum wage amount. From January 1, 201 to December 31, 2010, hourly 4,110 won, hourly 4,320 won from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2011, hourly 4,580 won from January 1, 201 to December 31, 201, hourly 4,860 won from January 31, 201 to December 31, 2012, hourly 4,580 won, and hourly 4,860 won from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2012.
