A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On December 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on the first order of 03:00 on December 2, 2013, the victim C, located in the D market in Yeongdeungpo-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and (b) carried 130,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession, which is located in the display stand.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. From around 02:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant thief against the Victim F, who had been placed in the display stand in the “G” operated by the Victim F, located in the Seoul Young-gun D market, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the victim’s market value of KRW 160,00,000, was 4 plucked and plucked.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

C. On January 15, 2014, at around 05:20 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) thiefed the victim H located in the I market in Young-gun, Young-gun; (b) 120,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership, located in the display stand; and (c) 120,000 won of the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. At night, at around 04:00 as of the end of December 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant entrance at a place where it was not corrected in the “LG” located in Young-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) intruded the inside thereof; and (c) carried one rice pole at a price equivalent to KRW 90,00 in the market price owned by the victim M, which is located on the main floor.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
