Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on July 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) Dadd to the slope D belonging to the Busan Salow Police Station C, which was under the influence of drinking on the front side of the B apartment in Busan, the Defendant: (b) Dadd to “this n part of the nick, drinking control, and so on; (c) Had to avoid disturbance; (d) continuously display the nive mountain to D; and (e) assaulted D’s chest to the head, while continuing to take a bath; and (e) assaulted D’s chest on two occasions by the nive mountain.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning D's duty of regulating drinking driving.
