A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. 업무 방해 피고인은 B과 함께 2017. 3. 19. 14:40 경 창원시 의 창구 C에 있는 피해자 D( 여, 61세) 가 운영하는 식당에서 술을 마시던 중, 피해자에게 술을 주문하였으나 피해 자로부터 ‘ 지금도 많이 취하였으니 그만 마시고 가시라’ 는 말을 듣자 화가 나 손으로 계산 대 위에 있던 명함 꽂이, 서명 패드 등을 바닥에 집어던지고, 피해자에게 ‘ 야 씨발 년 아, 눈을 찔러 삔다 ’라고 욕설을 하고, 위 B은 피해자에게 ‘ 이 씨발 년 아 미쳤나

For about 30 minutes, such as putting a bath, many unspecified customers were unable to enter a restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
