Punishment of the crime

No medical person, etc. shall receive money, goods, benefits, labor, entertainment, or other economic benefits provided by a person, etc. who has obtained permission for items to promote sales, such as inducing the adoption of drugs.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates an “I member” in Pakistan at the time of Pakistan.

A received a proposal from K (hereinafter “J”) to provide economic benefits, such as cash, upon prescribing prescription drugs, such as L produced and sold in J, etc., from K, and to comply with it. On June 201, A received KRW 2.1 million in cash from K from the above member’s clinic at around the above member’s clinic’s clinic (Defendant A) and received a total of KRW 1,074,00 in total until May 2014, as in the list of crimes in attached Form (Defendant A).

As a result, Defendant A received KRW 1,074,00 from J for the purpose of facilitating sales such as inducing to adopt medicines.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates the “N” member at the time of the Council.

B Upon receiving a proposal from K in the purport that “to provide economic benefits, such as cash, by prescribing prescription drugs, such as L, produced and sold in the J,” from K, and to comply with it. On December 2010, B received 140,000 won in cash from K from the above clinic of the Council member’s clinic at around the above Council member’s clinic, and received a total of 43 times until June 2014, as in the attached list of crimes (Defendant B).

As a result, Defendant B received 6,960,000 won from J for the purpose of facilitating sales such as inducing to adopt medicines.

3. Defendant C is a person who operates a “P Assembly member” in the PP Assembly member of the PP Assembly located in the PP.O.

C Upon receiving a proposal from K business operators K to the effect that “to provide economic benefits, such as cash, by prescribing prescription drugs, such as L produced and sold by the J,” it will comply with the proposal.
