1. The Defendants shall pay 300,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 12, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff, from June 30, 201 to April 7, 2014, leased 300 million won to the Defendant on a six-time basis as follows, and thereafter, notified the Defendant to pay the loan amount of KRW 300 million to the Defendant several times. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 12, 2015, the day following the delivery date of the written complaint sought by the Plaintiff, to the day of full payment.

The agreement on the term of repayment for the loan date shall be 12% per annum on September 30, 201, 201, the repayment rate of which is 200,000,000 won per annum on September 30, 2013; 12% per annum on November 18, 2011; and 30,000,000 won per annum on September 30, 2013; and 12% per annum on September 30, 2013, the total of KRW 12% per annum on September 30, 2013; 15,00,000,000 per annum on July 5, 2013; 12% per annum on September 6, 2014; 12% on September 7, 300,000; 100,000 won per annum on May 37, 2014;
