Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:37, at the CPC bank located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to use one computer as up to 11:40 on the following day, without any intention or ability to pay the PC use cost to the victim D who is the owner of the PC in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) did not pay 11,800 won for each hour, and did not acquire property benefits equivalent to the said amount.
