A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 5, 2016, at around 23:28, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 400,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) in the name of E used by a person under whose name the Defendant sells a part-time campacter (one camphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from the National Bank Account (D) in the name of the Defendant using a cash withdrawal machine; and (b) purchased a cam by means of a camopon, which is located near the Seoul Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Broopon. around 02:00 following the following day, with approximately 0.5g of a philopon which was hidden on the part of the toilet frame in the vicinity of the PC room in the Dong-dong, Yangcheon-gu.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that makes the Defendant’s house located on the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C2’s 19:00, by inserting the philophones on the gambling place and attaching the flophones.

B. The Defendant administered philophones at the same place as 19:00 after two days after the administration of philophones as described in the foregoing paragraph A, and administered philophones by inserting philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with arms.

(c)

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place on August 15:0, 2016, administered phiphones by inserting philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with arms.

(d)

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place on August 21, 2016, administered phiphones by inserting the volume of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with arms.
