On April 8, 2016, around 17:25, the Defendant driven B string cars with a certain section corresponding to one kilometer from the front road of the Manpo Village located in the Hanpo-dong Yanpo-dong in the same city on the roads of the Manpo-dong Yan-si, Seopo-si.
